3 Easy Exercises to Lose Weight
Weight loss can be achieved by doing some easy exercises that just about anyone can do. This will get results fast and keep the weight off over time. These simple exercises have worked great for me and will do the same for you. All of these have worked in the past and will work again. Here are some of the easy weight loss exercises you can do to help get back into shape.
Jumping jacks or mountain climbers are one of the easiest workouts to incorporate into an easy workout routine. These types of exercises to get the blood flowing and can burn up to 500 calories per hour. Using a timer, you can vary the jumps so that you are burning different amounts of calories all throughout your workout. This is a great way to burn off those extra calories without cheating and you still get a good workout!
Lunges are another one of my favorite exercises. Lunges are done by standing up straight with your toes pointed out and your knees bent. You then move as far down on both sides as you can while your arms are stretched in front of you. You can then lower yourself back to the starting position slowly and repeat. This is considered to be one of the hardest lunges to do but with the right instructions and the help of a spotter you can do it easily.
Another one of my favorite easy workouts is the bicycle crunches. There are many variations to this exercise depending on which side you do it on. Most people do them on their sides but if you are on your front you can also do them on your back which will create a crunch sandwich look. This type of exercise will really target your abs, which is what every body builder wants so they look great.
One of my favorite easy workouts to lose weight is doing pushups. Although there are many ways to do pushups such as the wide grip and the hanging ones the most effective is the standing up variety. Doing pushups requires that you make sure that you use enough explosive power when performing the exercise which will require you to use a lot more of your total body fat than any other exercise. If you combine these two together as part of an exercise routine, you will definitely get a great workout from doing them.
One of my favorite easy workouts that I do is running. Running does not require any equipment other than a pair of shoes. All you need to do is get out on a long road and do a little jogging. It doesn't matter how fast you go as long as you burn off tons of calories so you will lose weight. There are many different forms of jogging including walking, sprinting, jumping, stair stepping and bicycling.
Doing sit ups is another one of my favorites. This is another home workout that you can do so you will be able to lose fat and tone all the muscles in your body. To perform a sit up you will need to start by laying down on your back then raise one leg up so it is flat on the floor and cross your arms across your chest so it is facing up. Now lower yourself back to the starting position slowly and repeat this for as many times as you are able.
These are some of the best and easiest workouts to do to lose weight. Although these exercises may seem easy they really are quite difficult to do but when you add them to a healthy diet and lots of water you will find that you will not only have added pounds but also burn off tons of calories which will lead to weight loss.
